one hour cardio this morning and fats done pretty happy so far :grin:

What heart rate do you set yourself to burn fat off?

heart rate 140 - 145 mate

hows your fitness levels must be pretty fit now OF

Getting up there. I stick around 110 - 115 in the am, and 130 in the pm. Cardio after a leg session, then the next morning ain't flash. Will hang off till the end of the month before I do another BF check.

oh of course...... na bro If i drop to the lighter more suitable weight like form 50 to the 20's I can still get a good squeeze at the top but if the drop set is done with too heavy a weight then yeah makes a good contraction at the top too hard and defeating the purpose !good question next please :pfft:
