LEGS

Decided to run the 100 x 10 squat session with training partner, no rest you go I go yeeyaa and......

100kg x 10 x 11 sets supposed to be ten partner lost count I didnt so we take the lowest number as you do lol

Total time 15 minutes flat every rep below parallel felt awesome.

Challenge for the lads get your training partner do this time it let me know :grin:

Single leg extension

25kg x 15 each

35kg x 10

35kg x 10

30kg x 10

25kg x 10

20kg x 15

Lying leg press close feet

82.5kg x 15

105kg x 15

125kg x 12

Standing leg curl single

25kg x 20 each

35kg x 12

40kg x 10

Seated calf raises

20kg x 15slow and controlled

20kg x 15slow and controlled

40kg x 15

40kg x 15

50minutes incline walking at 1130am 20minutes after workout

lol same again 530am tomorrow bro another hour calls..... its funny most the gym goers see me at 95kg and my mate at 102kg and I see them wondering wtf are these two up to :pfft: one guy even said that isnt cardio to my mate lol lucky it was 6am or he may have been told where the door was :P

one hour incline walk again this morning at half 5 yeeyaa mean start to the day

How much longer we keeping this up?

plan to be where I want to be 1st dec bro so until then and then prob taper off walk up the mount etc might add some HIIT stuff in come nov see how I go if it keeps working as is ill just keep the same ....

110 squats in 15 minutes? That's like a squat every 7 seconds without a break :-s :shock:

110 squats in 15 minutes? That's like a squat every 7 seconds without a break :-s :shock:

It worked out around 40seconds out of the rack :shock: vee that was the total time for two of us soon as he had the bar on the rack I picked it back up and repped again good times bloody sore tonight \:D/

Serious fucking time, I'll stop mudding up ya journal.

What's your current intensity like in your weights sessions? e.g Are you just pushing to positive failure? Or are you going beyond with forced reps etc and for how many exercises?

cardio to come this avo mate yeeyaa........

always pushing sets beyond failure with assisted reps mate a lot of my heavier sets have the last rep or two assisted Im a firm believer thats where the best size and gains are made ...
