couple pics slowly cutting.....body weight 97kg have been doing cardio for two solid weeks have not changed diet much dropped the meal size some and have dropped a few night time carbs Ill carry on like this for another two weeks before bringing in carnitine then thermos all the while increasing cardio and altering carbs etc any diet tips more than appreciated!!
