Hay TT good vid and wicked training sessions going on you know the little tip I gave ya for the Deadlift try it on ya bench bro it works a treat added 4 reps to my bench in a week so next time ya bench give it a crack but only if you wanna get stronger haha :pfft:

You benching the "correct" way (PL style) or BB style?

I set up PL style every time I lay under the bar now bro but just repping no pausing on the chest just touch and go

cheers bro when you gave that advice re deads I was training working sets at the time not working to a max, same thing for chest now not so much focused on strength for the next few months more size and definition

he just gave me some wicked tips on technique and put up some goals for 2011 which Id like to work toward amazing to have the best advice in the land given bro as Im sure you boys up there get also :nod:

Adding a few supersets in atm PD but sticking to biceps then moving on to tricep workout etc otherwise I feel like Im not destroying the muscle enough with the rest by changing to tricep then back to bi.....

so yesterday we done a three weight drop set dumbell hammers high reps then straight onto curl bar close grip standing curl...

Fair enough dude, every now and then I like to superset bi/tri, keeps the weight heavy but keeps the blood in the same area for a wicked pump but I too prefer straight sets. My mate used to train like that but his skin would get to sore from the blood filling up the arm and stretching it!!!
