cause I wanna see some results from all the hard work put in over winter and changing routine helps keep the mental edge and of course there is uh :shifty: :grin:...summer play time !!

Do you monitor your HR during cardio? If so what's it at?

lol I havnt been but I have a monitor will start wearing it tomorrow I promise lol A mate just hit me up today and then said the ol do you drive a car with no speedo how the f*ck do you know fast you going muppet :pfft:

Depends on you really, I just go til I start to get warm and get my sweat on. Roughly 125-135BPM for me but I'm in keto so don't have carbs to be fucking with anything intense haha
