Only 19 mate.

I thought so ....mate I dont want to be rude but you havn't walked the mile all that long young fella and well..........

Oh don't worry I know, I still consider myself very new to all this compared to most on this site. I'm studying exercise science and prescription, so a lot of what I advise is what I've been taught/read doing my own research/the relatively small personal experience I have. I find talking/typing about it helps me remember it so much better, and I'm eager to help/offer whatever I can. I should probably add a disclaimer or 'in training' badge to some of my posts haha. I fully intend to walk the talk, hopefully 10 years from now I'll have experience in any method of training or dieting I'm talking about, I want to try it all! I know I'm a bit out of place giving opinions to people who've been at it a lot longer than I, and I don't mean to be arrogant or know-it-all-ish, but I'm an opinionated person and often offer up my thoughts, which is all they are and all I expect them to be taken as is something to think about.

Wow, started typing and just kept going, my bad haha.

Advice Fail :pfft:

Love it when ppl who have been training for a few months try to give unneeded advice like I shouldn't squat so deep, it's bad for my knees. I'm like "sorry, how many bb medals are hanging on your mantle?"

Keep up the good work TT, you've put it an epic effort the last few months and the results speak for themselves. I would say introducing some isolations at this stage will do wonders for your conditioning. Maybe see you on stage this time next year huh :shifty:

It'll be hard to do but not impossible. Check out how Johnnie Jackson or Mariusz Pudzianowski train. Both have great physiques and strength too, they're a BBer and PLer respectively. Good luck

hard to tell from the angle of the camera on the squats, but i reckon you wouldve gotten away with depth....looked hairline not much in it, but then again it could be the angle playin silly buggers

Bench is looking good bro, nice setup. just keep the entire body tight throughout the movement esp in the legs just like tonka says you gotta be uncomfortable to be comfortable...and if yr not get leg cramps...ya doing it wrong! :pfft: :pfft:
