TT if you're like most everybody else, you're gonna find that the DL isn't going to play well with volume the way a squat will. You're usually better off doing something like Mrbig suggested, just keeping it to a handful of warmups and then doing one or two hard work sets. It looks like you're tiring yourself out before you get to your top weights.

60kg x 10 x 2(took ages to warm the quads up today tight as)

100kg x 3

100kg x 3(Quads finally started to loosen up)

120kg x 1

155kg x 1 (felt good thought new pb on its way today)

157.5kg x 0(solid descent pause and leg drive got stuck two thirds up :twisted: )

All presses done with a pause,

Plenty of rest between sets love to know where im at so thats good new target 157.5kg

What do you think of the drag curls bro? just started including them in my arm day

First time I done them actually bro and I like them aye gave a good burn low down by the elbow where a lot of people lack size and often have a hole due to thier muscle shape but more so due to lack of full range of motion I feel.

I usually just get my brother on top so I don't have to walk around getting any more than 8pps, call me lazy if you must haha

Felt super strong tonight body is looking forward to some lighter high rep months to follow this 20odd weeks of mass building strength gaining and density we have been working on

Done some dead testing before I start getting weak and lean :pfft:

followed some recent advice and didnt use much energy on the lighter weights pulled a 240kg easily then 250kg which was heavy and I thought id done my dash but then thought you dont know where you are til you fail sooooooo............

255kg stepped up set well powered it off the floor for a solid deadlift and new PB so stoked with this\:D/ \:D/

loaded up 260kg got a good pull off the floor got stuck half way up was gutted as It flew off the mat but yeah oh well pretty happy with this winters work time time for summer training now....

so stats at end of bulking

squat 220kg

bench 155kg (with pause)

deadlift 255kg

BW 99kg

BF too much :pfft:
