Right so am going to start a journal as of tomorrow,will post up daily workouts and weights maybe some progress pics and will update as changes occur :nod: .....ok stats

Height 5foot10

BW 96kgs

Bodyfat @ 14%??

1RM Bench 155kg with a pause(last sun)

Deadlift250kg(last friday)

Squat190kg with wraps(8weeksago)

Training consists of more instinctive training more than any set routine my training partner and I just decide during the day what we training that night,training is predominantly bodybuilding style with most of our sets being quite heavy and generally finishing with a heavy set(or four lol) on compound days I also add a powerlifting stlye workout whenever I can just to test my strength.

Goals are to get as big as possible through winter then lean up for summer, so another six weeks of bulking then go from there with cardio diet and thermos etc

One question - how come only a 190 Sq - those quads look like Tom Platz!!! :nod:

Nate I havnt done a proper squat since that powerlifting day hence why I quoted that weight last week I had 220kg on for two reps one being deep enough I think but without having it judged I dont wanna say it just yet.

If I was 190 I would've asked the question "what is your weakness"?

Often people with strong legs but average squats 'leak' power through having weak abs / lower back. But 220x2 is more what I'd expect from you.

So now for motivation....... why only 220 bro! :grin:

Close grip pulldown on 45degree angle

wide grip lat pulldown behind neck

60kg x 12

70kg x 12

80kg x 12

80kg x 12

hyper extensions weighted

3sets of 15

finished off with 20minute incline walk(first for a long while lol)

Bro when I was writing it up I was thinking steak gonna like this lol Ive seen you comment on luigis deads using straps before and knew I was up for it :pfft:

I'll have to learn you the "grip and rip" technique :grin: you dont need grip stregth...well not for long bro :lol:
