Dunno what's in a WW fruit bar, is there much sugar?

One thing for late at night's some cottage cheese- high in casein protein. Slow release protein, helps with the gap 'til morning.

lost fat but gained weight from last time so???

hmmm, the first measurement on this journal was by the caliper method though, given up with electrical impedence, don't trust it as much (and people seem to agree that callipers are the way to go?)

lost about the weight gain but not too annoyed coz i notice less 'jiggle' :pfft:

taking training easy tomorrow coz it feels like im heading into overtraining mode (fatigue, can't be diet coz it's been clean and rational for my goals and i've been ott with extra cardio sessions here and there).

yay. and ill wash my hair tomorrow 8) coz long hair that holds workout sweat gets smelly fast

will update in another 2weeks or month

Yes, you can gain weight while losing bodyfat - lean muscle mass is denser and more compact, so the girths would go down (tape measure around hips/waist/quad etc) while the number on the scales might go up.

Regardless of the numbers, you notice the improvement :dancing:

I'm not convinced that comparing the results impedance with the results from skinfolds/girths is accurate. Compare impedance with impedance, or skinfolds with skinfolds.... either way, it's as much the trend as the numbers that's useful.

nothing much to report, weight is about the same as i started although bf will get measured next week and i assume has gone down just a little bit from last times post/measurement.

im on here tho coz now that trainings goin good etc I wanna training buddy lol.

be good to have the extra motivation.

anyone else that's keen to have a workout together or whatnot can flick me an email. . .pleaaaaase!! lol, i need more healthy friends (as in doesn't think that mc donalds is ok for dinner every night like my other friends)

to take bb a bit more seriously then :grin:

Haha just saying, it can be hard enough to find a women who takes BB seriously, of course it'd be ideal to get a women but a training partner would be more important, someone to steer you away from the Maccas :pfft:
