Saw a woman kneeling on a bench doing tricep kickbacks. She was listening to music on an ipod but also reading a woman's weekly which was located conveniently on the bench in front of her.

But thats not all. Whilst doing kickbacks with her right arm she was able to turn the page of the Woman's Weeklywith her left arm without stopping her reps.

Amazing but true!

Speaking of multi-tasking, is there a valid reason for standing on a bosu ball to do high-pulley cable curls ? Saw that the other day,

I wondered this too. Saw someone balancing on one of these doing lat raises.

Must be personal trainers teaching this.
