Classic timing.

Just before I saw you at Starr last night Darc was telling me you were the only bodybuilder he'd seen doing DL's & BO Rows there recently!

Seems to have worked for ya! No surprises there, but they should be staple exercises for any back.

Yea if you want a good back you have to do the basics

Looking solid. Best bodybuilding pose I reckon.

Can defiantly see the Dead lifts have payed off.

I'm going to experiment with the close grip row see how it feels...more lat involvement? Or whats the deal compared to a wider grip?
