guess thats what you get for training like a demon and having a well tuned diet complemented with the odd turbo here and there :P

Cheers heaps guys. The end verdict was I am now 79.5kg @ 11.1% Today.

F**king stoked with the progress. Especially when i thought this would be when i really start fighting for every %.

Going to keep on a cutting diet for another 30 days. My original goal was 10% Bodyfat befor i start bulking. I think that is going to be a little to easy to achieve over the next 30 days so i am now aiming for the following.

9% by the 13/10/2010. Will post a pic up on here with results then.

Plenty more tyre flipping and Fish will get me there one way or another.

started gaspari mitotropin last wednesday , following the diet to the letter carb wise. day 1 150g carb, day 2 100g carb, day 3 50g carb, day 4 50g carb then repeat.

just jumped on scales this morning and body weight is down another 1.5kg from last tuesday ! holy f**k, a bit of that will be water weight from less carbs, but maybe another decent chunk of body fat \:D/

flipped the tyre up hill 72 times today. Not sure at this stage whether i am going to go for 80 next week or not, depends how i feel on this new diet. Feeling extremly drained. LOL.

just went & had my bodyfat re measured tonight to see whether or not i am on track to hit my new target of 9% by 13/10/2010.

Body weight tonight 76.5kg @ 9.8% Bodyfat.

Woo hoo , single digits, very cool :wink:

14 days left on my diet / gaspari mitotropin. Can't wait to start bulking, been spending all of my spare time (which isn't alot with a newborn) researching good foods to eat to try and put muscle on. Seems the general conception is CLEAN AND SHITLOADS OF IT :pfft:

nah not on cycle, nor have i ever done one.

supplements i am currently taking are as follows.

6am 3 x Gaspari Nutrition Mitotropin

7am 1 x Blackmores Mens Multi Performance

1 x Blackmores Bio C 1000mg

3 x Gaspari Nutrition Cytolean V2

2 x Clinicians Magnesium Caps

4 x 1000mg Blackmores Odourless Fish Oil Capsules

12pm 3 x Gaspari Nutrition Mitotropin

1 x Turbo Genesis

4 x 1000mg Blackmores Odourless Fish Oil Capsules

8pm 2 x Blackmores Tranquil Night

2 x Clinicians Magnesium Caps

4 x 1000mg Blackmores Odourless Fish Oil Capsules

wow shit luigi, thats the first time i have really had a look in writing at what i have been taking. 30 Tablets a day wow :pfft: I wonder if there is such a thing as to much. LOL.

The 4 magnesium Capsules are new to the program & also the cytolean and mitotropin are so that is another 9. So for the previous 4 months prior to starting on these it would have only been 17 Tablets a Day. :-s

scary to think my weight in 2 weeks time is probably going to be around 75kg or less :shock: so i could actually have to put 15kg on to get there \:D/

i haven't set myself a exact goal as of yet but i will set one of a specific body weight, by a specific time, by not over a specific bodyfat level. When i get a couple of seconds to myself :doh:
