just thought i would post up couple of pics of my quad for comparison.

In this first one i was 90.6kg @ 19.6% body fat (13/06/2010).post-7025-14166820673954_thumb.jpg

In this second one i was 87.4kg @ 17.1% body fat (13/07/2010)post-7025-14166820674266_thumb.jpg

I will upload another picture on the 13th of next month to track my progress. Aiming for 14% body fat  been told it will take longer but i am putting in the hard yards to try and make it happen  .

Looking good bro, awesome calf shape! Good outer sweep too.. Keep on going!

Hey man don't worry about trying to get to 14% in a certain time, setting goals is awesome but you want to perserve as much mass and get to that 14% yeah?

Anyway, you seem to know what you're doing.

Peace.

yeah man for sure, my goal is definatly to lose fat with minimal muscle loss.

i am in week 13 of dieting so far and i have lost a total of 10.9kg. 1.4kg of muscle loss & 9.5kg of fat.

i have just increased my protein slightly and dropped my carbs slightly to try and hold onto as much muscle as possible in the process.

I am also having a 30g whey isolate shake prior to cardio first thing in the morning rather than doing it fasted.

Any other advice would be greatly appreciated there loochi.

For 17%, you've still got some reasonable definition in your quads. Guess you just don't store much fat there - I'm the opposite!

Looking good though, Bob. Keep it up. :)

cheers pseudonym.. i was told by my PT that not to be alarmed when i got the first test done as his calipers test quite high to some of them out there.

but yeah i definatly hold more fat around my mid section / chest than my legs...

here is a front shot, you can see a little bit of a drop.

Progress photos every month like clockwork, eh? You can see the difference - there's a lot more separation coming through between biceps and delts now. Make sure you hit triceps hard though - particularly overhead movements (skull crushers, etc) to develop that sweep. Good stuff!

yeah man have just started skull crushers, makes the triceps nice and sore for a couple of days. The missus didn't look very impressed with me when made her take the photo's tonight with the bachelor on. The 13th of next month is a Monday so should be all good to get them down straight after Shortland Street or she gives birth, baby due on the 12th

Next photo might have hospital shit in the Backround :pfft: :pfft: :pfft:

Haha. Tell her she can't go into labour until she's taken your progress pics. It's a matter of priority.

Better yet, wait for her to go into labour and then tell her she has to take your progress pics before you'll take her to the hospital.

Todays progress pic once again exactly one month from the one before, unsure of bodyfat % but by the looks it is heading in the right direction. I am going to get it remeasured tomorrow and will post it up

I know its nothing amazing but just good motivation for me to post up especially when i look back first at a photo from 3 months ago to the day where i was 19.6% body fat & was quite happy with my progress @ the time.

13/06/2010 @ 19.6% Bodyfat

VS

13/09/2010 @ 79.5kg @ 11.1% Bodyfat FTW

Oh the bruises on my chest aren't from the missus. Its from the tyre on my GPP cardio day. :pfft:
