Whey Protein Isolate

Thanks for that wendy, I must remember that, I wondered why it tasted so dry.

I did mix some with water, frothed up real mean, there is no caking agent, flavour, or aminos.

What I would like to know is what aminos should I be adding to the brew to make the body use the protein most effectively. Not to worried about the flavour.

Hi Guys

I have just got my sticky fingers on a 20kg sack of 98% Whey Protein Isolate.

Sounds like the holy grail of bodybuilding nutrition to me :D

And to think I'm happy with a 20kg bag of 80% WPC....what did that cost you if you don't mind me asking?

zip, zero nadda. got it off a mate who can get it. Thanks for the replys though. Doesnt taste quite as good as the Mass factors but will have to grin and bear it, doent taste too bad with me phosphagen. Thought it may work even better with a little added taurine or some other aminos. Just wondering.
