Nate what are you raw lifts? (no equip)

PS Dan well done on 280 squat!

Ummmm? I don't really know - I train for IPF so wore IPF gear - little point knowing these if I wasn't doing them!

At a guess I would say now (at 105) I'd go 260+ in wraps, 170ish raw, 270+.

I'm definately stronger now but I don't really train for PLing 1RM's (I bench very rarely & focus on OHP, don't really competition squat much, still DL a fair bit).

Ok so mine are to date are

Bw @52kgs, Height: shortass @ 5'1 1/2

Squat 70kg

Bench 50kg

Dead 80kg

Def wanna keep working at these though, i'm sure i can do better!!

I'm interested to know if these are good/bad/or just average for my stats??

Thanks!!! Yup pretty stoked with tonights efforts, yeah so we've got our 500/1000lb club again coming up and think I might give it a go. With the help of TT I hope to nail it... little bit daunting though I must say ...

Oh and tonight I tried my deads with TT's belt that he so kindly punched some extra holes in for me and used chalk... Man what a difference!!

Bench 130kg (raw)

Squat 200kg (belt only)

Dead 260kg (belt only)

Yeah did nationals and auckland champs getting 2nd in both last year and have gotten considerably stronger since then with some good coaching and technique refinement. Just waiting to get my hands on some equipment like a shirt, squat suit and some wraps to compete with the equiped guys.

been training in the big 3 for just under a year now, farted around dialing things in and getting the equipment.

Bench 110

squat 170 (ratsh*t belted)

DL Just hit 200 on sat!!

BW 94kg 5'9"

im getting my inzer stuff soon so i should be up a bit once im kitted

the best i ever got was

bench 147,5kg x 3 reps

squat 200kg x 3 atf with belt

deadlif 235kg x 3

never did one offs and was with out any assiatance

Great numbers FF, what bodyweight were you at the time?

You've got your work cut out getting back to these looking at your current weights, but as you know, time & patience will see you get there again. :nod:

Hi Nate

87 kg then

they wornt done together tho

as the deadlift was the 6th movement of the workout supersetted after rev grip pull downs.

and the squat was supersetted after leg extentions

but the beach was alown after a warm up.

thx

i think i could shift them still,but only for money or war

and that would be me for a week lol

Come on peeps, enter a local Powerlifting comp or have a PL day at your gym like TTs gym.

Read up on the rules, get some help from other PLers and lift some iron :nod:

Bodyweight

2006 - 110kg, 2009 - 120kg, 2010 - 130kg

Squat

Raw - 280kg (2010), Equip - 285kg (2006)

Bench

Raw - 165kg (2010), Equip - 190kg (2009)

Deadlift

Raw - 282.5kg (2008), Equip - 280kg (2006)

Snatch

Training - 144kg (2009), Comp - 137kg (2009)

C&J

Training - 180kg (2009), Comp - 175kg (2009)

My focus has been on the Oly lifts for the last few years, but I will suit up at the end of the year for the PL Oceanias to push up my equiped lifts.

I'm trying to get something like this going at Netfit here in the near future. It's still in the planning stages right now.

Awesome PMan. A few undercover fullas should come out of the woodworks for that one. I might have a couple of guys and girls interested.

Understandable FF. If I owned a gym, I'd prolly run a Zumba open day to get numbers in the gym. Though personally, I would hold a PL Open Day even if it meant getting less numbers and then I end up paying for it out of my own pocket..................................that's probably why I don't own my own gym aye \:D/

good luck for the end of year danomyte I cant believe the difference between the raw benches that the lads do and the equipped ones I can see myself having a serious go in the future.....If your talking bout my gyms PL day it was wicked especially having Julian Perry there for assistance and advice was worth its weight in gold.We have another one coming up and with the lessons ive learnt I look forward to helping my girl hit her goals!!!
