Last PLing comp in 2006!

2007 Nationals in Northland not count?

Raw (equipped): Squat 170kg (212.5kg), Bench 160kg (227.5kg), Deadlift 252.5kg, bodweight low to mid 80's. Just over 90kg at the moment so numbers should be moving up.

Cheers TWL. I think 250kg @ 90kg is achievable, hopefully 240kg+ before the end of the year. My ideal bodyweight for lifting would be 100kg so if I get there (not trying at the moment) and my body doesn't fall to pieces on me could be some big numbers.

Thanks man. Yeah still in the superkat, I got a couple free ones from the states so I have 4 to choose from.

At my first equipped comp in 2006 my bench was 170kg (147.5kg raw) so a focus on equipped lifting has helped. I am fortunate to have good top end strength but I think technique and focussed training play a big part in carryover.

Current IPF 1rm's

Body weight 85kg

Age 21

Squat 275kg

Bench 145kg

Deadlift 265kg

Crazy lifts bro @85kg is super human  much work to be done on the bench looking at those other two stats huh???

Is it common to have one of your disciplines behind the others??

Yeah bench press needs work, its slowly goin up but not as fast as I would like. I have been told that a bigger bench comes with age and size? (someone correct me?) but yeah Will focus alot on off season on bench technique and training, bit of an embarrassment atm

BB and BB would have to have the most impressive lifts. If we use BB's squat and dead and BB's bench then that would be a hell of a total.

best lifts

squat - 200

bench - 140

dead - 220

snatch - 87.5

Clean + Jerk - 117.5

@100kg @25 y.o

I have been going to the gym for 4 years and training like a powerlifter last 6 months plus.

Bench - 140

Squat - 155

Deads - 160 (sucks :? )

Target for 6 weeks period is 150-200-250

Bodyweight about 95kg

Might need to reassess those bad ass goals mate you wanna gain 90kg in your dead that is gonna take a loooooong while mate!!

It might take longer I agree but if you aren't aim high you won't archive it ever

And in my case I wasn't doing deads for more than 2 years but doing over barbell row so my present results is not my maximum.

I think it'll be same with squats - 4 weeks ago I was doing 110kg before PT corrected my technics :pfft:
