98kg and feel like shit,First day Back.

am 15 mins cross trainer/15 mins treadmill.

pm squats 4x12 / t bat rows 4x12 .

tricep pushdowns super setted with cable curls 4x12 each.

bench press super setted with lat pull downs 4x 12 each.

its a start.

going by the way the others post, i dont think i can be buggerd meeting anyone from here,to meany jumped up know alls,im from there,i dont train there much.only when on hoilday.

LOL - dude you don't do yourself any favours with the attitude. I noticed the guys are all over your post again in the AAS section re: Stacking Test Boosters.

Most people here have some sense of community, seems a little odd that you're down on others here yet you post a training log?
