end of month progress

well im gonna post pics at the end of each month now, so you can see my progress as i drop fat.

i will only be posting pics at the end of each month from now on

im not sure if its evedent or not in these pics but i feel i have lost a tiny bit of fat so far.

i think it will take a good 3/4 months for me tp drop a descent amount of fat.
