Looking very ready to get onstage, if you feel like a change of scenery pop on down to Harbour Fitness for workout. I might even join you for a train if the timing is right.

That sounds great Michael, I might take you up on that! if i can get over the fact that you guys been making our business quiet

Come on up anyway, even if just to play with the different toys. Which gym do you work at/own?

Sweet mate, I will... I dont own the gym but our little gym is inside the Apollo health and wellness center

Yea bro, maybe 19" but no more, I think most people somehow overestimate the size of their arms.

When I was in the U.S a few years back, one of the old schoole top trainers who mostly trains pro's told me, you will hardly ever find a genuine 20"plus arms even in the pro ranks!!!

Not from where I was standing, mine are 19 cold and compared to those boys :shifty: .

I'd say its rare to find a pro with under 20" arms, at least in the US anyway.

Yeah you're right, I think that guy was talking about most of the pro's of yester-year, but i still reckon most average trainers overestimate the size of their guns, just a tad

I have seen plenty of 20' inch arms working on doors around auckland over the years. there are more freaks off the stage than on

Shaving your entire body and jumping into a bikini I can imagine would stop a lot of big guys from competing

may be but for the most part I don't think they are training for the same reasons. People train for many different reasons ... I like to train at night as a way of grounding after a hard day at work. That a really good part of the lifestyle IMO - for one hour you are pretty much in your own parallel universe, you own that space. Putting the "trunks" on is for the competitive body builder ... some are just in it for the physical and mental journey.

Definitely agree that you owe it to yourself to have 1hr out of 24 to yourself. However you spend this quality time should be to the benefit & well being of "Numero Uno" for without this time, to give back to yourself, it is more difficult to give out to your family, friends & colleagues. :D
