Its been many months since I was here and have decided that its time to get back into it. Started back into a new job within the same organisation so need to do this for me.

I think I have gained back about 10kg...... so will have to work me ass off big time.

Warm up

2 arm Kettlebell (KB) swings

10 x 16kg, 10 x 16kg, 10 x 24kg

1 arm KB snatch

5 x 16, 5 x 15, 5 x 16 (each side)

1 arm KB cleans

6 x 16, 6 x 16, 6 x 16 (each side)

1 arm KB bottoms up

Will aim for this 3 days a week adding more exercises as I get a bit more proficient with them.
