Week before comp preparation/routine?

Hi all,

I have my very First comp coming up for NABBA Counties Manukau. On the nervous side.

Would like to know what everyone last weeks preparation/routine is for interest.

Tips/experiences/advice all appreciated!

One handy tip is to exfoliate daily from the weekend prior so that your tan goes onto nice "new" skin and wont be all patchy.

Carb deplete then load (the best bit), reduce water and do nothing from mid week except watch tv, sleep, practice posing and try not to think about it too much.

A few years ago I filmed a short "behind the scenes" video which would let you know what to expect when you get backstage. I'll see if I can dig it up. In the meantime, practise your posing!
