:shrug: i still fail to understand the point of talking yourself up on the internet. you're not the only one who does it.

OMG i try to start this journal to contribute and its just overflowing with trolls. at least just let me get my first workout under my belt and post some pics up b4 we all go wild and out of control

dont know whether we want your negative feedback all over the board PP you seem pretty jumped up and keen to threaten people ....yes I saw the gun down the throat with the"f*ck up c*nt" written under it before it disapeared

wtf? i just created a journal to SFW and give advice and receive it, real talk.

yea i will come for a train at global be good to meet some like minded ppl and SFW aw yeyeye...

Always compound to start the week heavy chest or back Im serious come and train but leave that fucken attitude at fitco or youll be sent back there with a small forearm round your fucken nose ask at the counter for us they will know who to send you to...........free too ill make sure of it!!

ok so i was my first day back at gym in ages.

got to the gym at 1530 and thought it shut at 1900 but on inquiring at reception i was told it shut at 1600, so had to rush... but no excuses.

did bit of chest and shoulders to day

incline bb bench press

60kg x 20

80kg x 15

90kg x 12

flat bench db press

32.5kg x 15

'' '' ''

20kg x 20

30 press ups

db shoulder press

20 kg x 15

20 kg x 15

side db raise

10kg x 12

10 kg x 12

front db raise

15 kg x 20

15 kg x 20

got asked to leave gym by the instructor, didnt have much rest between sets, maybe like 15 seconds.

then went for a 2km run up this big hill, high intensity. then coasted back down it again.

then has a gaspari protein shake and a banana

and i took super pump b4 my workout

woke up bout 2pm had gaspari protein shake with sun latte milk, nom nom lol.

went for a 6km run bout 20min after.

then went to my gym to SFW

to day was back and arms HUHUHU!

wide grip pull ups

BW X 12

BW X 10

BW X 8

standing upright row bb

20kg x 15

20kg x 15

25kg x 12

seated row machine

not sure of weuights its one of them plate loaded machines but smashed out 3 sets... TOOOOOO EASYYYYYY!

bent over bb row

60kg x 15

100kg x 10

bb bicep curl

20kg x 12

3 sets of that

then did some tricep extensions and push downs on one of those cable machines

then pumped out some hammer curls 3 sets of 12 with 15, 17.5 and last but not least 20kg dbs

im along way from my old PB but the muscle memory should start kicking in soon, been along time coming with my time off training and gear

Are you back on it? Levrone did all right just taking advantage of his muscle memory. Looking forward to the pics.
