Joining a gym tommrow so will start SFW tommorow.

I think your just short tempered because you are 8 weeks or more into your diet :nod: Im gonna leave you be for now but if you hadnt come onto this forum being a wanker you may have had a better reception around the place...........and fitco with five other guys thats alot of rest in between sets
