Ok so I am starting my new workout routine for a few months of cutting im currently 6'2 tall, 214 pounds/97 kgs and at 18% BF the routine is below and any positive feedback and constructive criticism would be great I would like to hear your opinions. Yes I am on a healthy diet of about 2200 calories a day and am taking ON Gold Standard Whey.

I do 3 sets with the corresponding rep ranges - 14,12 then 10

Monday - Chest

Incline Dumbell Press

Incline Dumbell Flyes

Dumbell Bench Press

Flat Bench Press

Pec Deck Flyes

Tuesday - Shoulders

Military press

Front Delt raise

Seated side lateral raise

Shrugs

Abs (I choose 3 from these 6 exercises and switch it up every week)

weighted sit up

cable crunch

hanging knee side raise

Reverse Curl

plate twists

Wednesday - Legs

Squats

Leg Press

Straight leg deadlift

lying leg curls

standing calf raise

seated calf raise

Thursday - Back

Hyperextensions

Barbell Deadlift

Reverse grip bent over rows

Lying t bar row

Pullups

V bar pulldown

Friday - Biceps

Preacher curls

EZ bar curls

Chinups

Cross body hammer curl

Triceps

V bar pushdown

Seated bent over two arm tricep extension

Close grip bench press

So there is the current 5 day split I am doing if anyone could post some feedback regarding a) diet b) supplements and most importantly c) the current cutting routine that would be great...... O and also if anyone has any information on how to structure a good mass building workout that would be great as I want to start a mass building program in 2-3 months.
