Hey Pseudo, do you mean the diet in general or that day?

I forgot to add that I get about 4 tbsp of olive oil each day.

Training days are higher in fat. Just paying attention to cals in general on rest day. Know what you mean though, maybe time to bump up fats ay?

Only gonna start having cashews int he morn now, call me carbophobic but their carb content is higher than protein!! Brazil nuts and almonds FTW

mate, peanut butter is king.

but there is one type that has half the carbs of the rest of the range - sanitarium smooth oririnal.

just mixit with your meat, satay! mmmmmmmm
