Be interested to see what people are doing, also if you have noticed changes when changing sites (i have just started doing delts coming from glutes and have been getting pins and needles/dead arms)

sounds like your hitting nerves, probably not good. I'd suggest a smaller needle and shorter length. try a half inch 27", these work pretty well. They'll take a min to push the oil through but your alot less likely to do nerve damage.

yeah im actually using 26g 1/2inch's at the moment but the test keeps seeping out of the site when i pull the pin out so im undecided as to what to do might try traps.

Pins & needles are not good, think your bodys trying to tell you something there....

Quads & Glutes are the most popular sites, although glutes are a bit difficult on your own & the last thing you want to do is break a bloody needle in your arse.....

(Hey if you ever do, put your finger over where it has broken off under the skin, & draw round your finger with a pen it will give the hospital a better idea wher the thing is, otherwise they will have a right bloody job trying to find it)....... :oops:

Your quads are an easily accessable site.... you want to be injecting in from the side..........If you're unsure where I'll send you a picture...

I think your needles are a bit short too, oil shouldn't be seeping out not regular anyway....

I use blue, 23G (0.6mm x 30mm).......... You need to get deep enough..

Pull the needle out half way then stop for a couple of seconds, then pull it fully out whilst quickly rubbing accross the area with your sterile wipe...

This should stop any leakage....

Hey guy's hows it going,

Firstly Id like to introduce myself!

I'm Ryan, 19 years old of age and just finished studying and have 6 months to dedicate to shredding some excess weight and gaining muscle (alot of it I am hoping). I am rather new at this and excited as it seems there is a whole world to it!

Currently I weigh 88kg.

I have just started and currently taking all the supplements I can get (protein, creatine, no-xplod) along with training.

and I would really like to get big so here is my question

How big can could I get in 6 months? Any real difference to say not being very muscly? is there any point to me dedicating hours at the gym a day when there's only a certain amount I can do a day? What are some good gyms in Christchurch with people who have a broad knowledge of bodybuilding?

Anyways any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Yep I am a beginner and thank you for the advice. I will stick to training hard and eating well. I just want that oompf but I understand good things take time and starting steroids when I haven't got a good base is not the way to go. Thanks guys!

I want to get started on juice, when I do where is the best place to inject for a beginner?

Why are there natural lifters giving advice like this? mate that comment is not even one bit humorous unless maybe your 12?, just a pain in the arse to sift through before you get to anything decent reading. Im all for a good laugh but you needa up your game... shape up or ship out.

How long did it take you to sift through that word tomato? 10 minutes? 15? It's where your natural test is so it makes sense that that is where you would pin yourself to boost reserves. You can swap between lefty and righty and no one sees the marks. Pretty obvious really.
