You reckon you'll hit 200 squat before the old man does 200x10? There's a challenge!

I'll let you carry my towel again when I'm training in Wellington next.... seriously though if you wanna train next time I'm down let me know.

I've got the old fella on everything except squats.... he can have them. chicks dont care about quads!

Will hit you up about a training for sure.

*Bloody hot in the gym today. Like a sauna, so I faded a bit towards the end. Didn't have wraps and couldnt get a grip on the bar for deads. Many thanks to TFB who kept popping up at the right times :pfft:

You struggle.

Been doing a lot of training, but it's rugby sorta stuff.

Cleans, jump squats, abs and a cheeky 10 sets of 10 with 80kg bench thrown in at the end the other day....

80kg!!!!! :shock:

Do you clean/press or clean only? Hang cleans?

Do you have access to kettlebells? Those will kick your ass!!
