* Bit of a recovery inside a recovery mission. I got a bit carried away a few weeks back and came within 1mm of tearing my pec. Been doing very very light stuff since and decided to give the heavy stuff a go today.

So where you at since you made your comeback? Progressing well or what?

Caught up with ur old man at BBro, remembered him from Club Physical days. Did you turn up?

For the amount of training I've done in the last few months I can't complain where I'm at. I'm working towards doing a 1rm day of the 3 lifts in about a month to really see where I'm at. My goals at the start of the recovery mission were Bench 160, Dead 220, Squat 200.

In a month realistically I think I can hit Bench 150, Dead 210 and Squat 180.

Not quite up to my pb's, but not bad under the circumstances.

I didn't get to the bbro.... again :doh:

The last 3 years I've been wanting to get there but something has always come up. Maybe if OB held the bbro at Red Square at 3am on Sunday morning then theres a good chance I'd actually be able to make it :pfft:

Still can't believe you dont remember me nate.... it was only 10 years ago and we said hi to each other twice at the water cooler!!!

You reckon you'll hit 200 squat before the old man does 200x10? There's a challenge!

I'll let you carry my towel again when I'm training in Wellington next.... seriously though if you wanna train next time I'm down let me know.
