You're both very welcome. Well deserved.

OMG thank you so much, l can promise you it will certainly get more interesting as time goes by Aylmer will be seeing to that. He's talking about some videos of workouts soon, l am not so sure, it can be a bit embarassing how pathetic it can be in tough workouts. But anyway up to it!

Hah! Typical Aylmer - always pushing that little bit further, eh?!

Although maybe you could show him how to copy-and-paste in a post. He seems to be struggling with that one... :P

Lol yes yes Pseudo ,

A huge congratulations to Rebel101 well deserved. It takes alot of guts as a female competitor to come on here and describe the ups and downs of competition preperation at the risk of being subjected to endless negative comments and people second guessing the preperation process whcih you have chosen.

pretty sure it was criticism of your bodyfat measuring skills not criticism of the OP

Righto, the winners for June 2014 are:

Post of the Month goes to FNG for his Deep/parallel squats topic. He started a great discussion on correct squat technique, and how to fix those niggly flexibility issues. It just shows... you don't have to be an expert to win Post of the Month - asking a great question is just as good. Nice one, FNG. Let us know how you get on.

Photo of the Month goes to Jimmybro1 for a his journal entry of a 200kg+ squat. The 200kg looks easy. The 210kg, less so. But he gets there!

Good stuff, guys. You've both won $100 worth of supplements, thanks to the excellent people at NZ Muscle. Check your PMs for details.

Wow Oarsum, with an O for on whey, thanks a lot

I actually had photos taken last thursday, but haven't seen them as they are for a six week comparison, hopefully by then I'm about 14% ;-)

I'll post that comparison for a laugh, lost over 15kg since Feb so pretty happy

The winners for July 2014...

What does a 180kg front squat look like? Pretty easy, actually. At least, it does when Leeroid's doing it. For this and other popular posts he made last month, Post of the Month goes to Leeroid.

And another lifting video winner, MT takes our Photo of the Month prize with some heavy Sunday lifting at the House. Sunday - a day of rest? Not here.

Gentlemen, if you peruse the contents of your respective Inboxes, you will each find a $100 voucher courtesy of the excellent people at NZ Muscle.

Toms progress over the last few years has been nothing short of incredible, considering he has not been blessed with great genetics... His progress compilation video is an inspiration....

Well done, I'm sure there's a lot more to be seen in the future... don't get injured..!!

And scuttling into the back row, long after the show has started... the winners for August 2014...

(Sorry about that guys, But better late than never, right?!)

First up... He's so massive he couldn't even fit himself fully into the frame of his own selfies. Rapz takes our Photo of the Month prize with the pics he's posted in his cycle log. And now he's getting shredded too? The rest of us might as well just give up now.

Now to Post of the Month. The cool thing about this award is that it's so flexible. It can go to anything from great advice to a great review or recipe. Or even just for a comment that makes us feel good - like this one by Realtalk. Thanks, man. This is what the forum is all about.

I see u posted topic in gym partner thread and I just seen ur journal for first time and notice u want to get strong. Come to the gym I workout in howick I will help you out... free of course. I dnt wanna train with you often cause will be a fuck up with unloading plates etc but dnt mind the odd session
...
Not saying I'm strong and want to coach you but i can give you some ideas to go away and add to your training sometimes easier to show than explain on forum and if you just round corner. Just an offer up2u

And as always, thanks to the guys at NZ Muscle, without whom this would not be possible.

Gentlemen, enjoy your $100 worth of supplements. You deserve them.

And good luck with your comp realtalk, thanks for the post. I'd be keen to watch you compete too, if it's nearby.
