I was weighed at the hospital about a month before I moved up here an weighed 70kgs. When I weighed myself at home I consistently weighed 71-72kgs. I put that down to cheap warehouse scales.

I went to the doctor lastnight an while there I went to the chemist an payed 10cents to weigh myself. Those scales said I weighed 76kgs.

I was stoked! So going by my calculations I have put on 6ishkgs on in 2 months.

I have been eating alot!

What scales do people on here use?

At all the gyms I have been to they have had big good quality scales. You should ask at reception if they have some scales. If they don't it doesn't really matter since your only interested in your gains relative to your starting point. So if your home scales say 77 and you started at 71 then you still know you have gained 6kg. Don't worry about them being a little inaccurate since they are only a kilo off when 70kg is put on them. Hopefully you can follow what I'm saying. The jist of it is, shitty scales aren't a massive problem for the purpose of measuring your gains. :)

The same one everytime.

you proli also want to weigh yourself in the morning after a piss and b4 food to try get the best measurment.

 i find that i'm at least a couple of kilos heavier in the evening, so it really depends on what time of day you weigh yourself
