winter training

nothing beats training over the winter season. All the douchebags who want to get big for summer suddenly disappear

what time of year do you prefer to train?

im a summer man myself.

particularly cos my mma and ju jit trainings are at night, so its dark and feels really late etc. when im fight training i dont get out till about 930pm. sucky in the winter

For some reason im alot stronger when its cold..

Yep, winter training and massive eating for me. Think the extra food gives more strength. Find it hard to keep wafting food down every few hours in the summer.

But its nice to sit in the garden just as its getting dark in mid summer and reflect on what a great workout you had.

I have notice when I am training durring the winter the gym is a lot more quite durring the winter which is good plus I dont have to wait long but when it get close to spring or summer I have notice thinghs get busy again

yeah, its cuz there are a lot of idiots out there who think that they can get big for summer the month before summer starts :pfft:

I love the winter training as its my get massive season lol and as such I have heaps of energy with the extra food going in and I tend to eat more kumara, bigger portion meat size and complex carbs. In summer I try stay lean in winter its all about growth :-)

I also am a winter fan for the supplements i/e creatine and novadex!!

You dont tend to wait long for a weight from the summer bunnies though aye my fav "polite"line is how many more you got mate lo standard answer tends to be oh last set lol
