you're not wrong! pretty rare to be able to get all of us together at one time. Some really valuable advice was flowing for the newer lifters and the place was buzzing with the big lifts.

Of course miss...goes without saying. Although Jono finshed early and shot off for one of those anabolic Wendys burgers. Soon had the BBQ flashed up though and we sorted him with some real meat
