beautiful- its only going to get better as you get further into your supplement plan. you could crack 88kg by the end of week 8 with BF around 10.9%

Shit - now that would be something to see.

Feeling my age tonight as I took a nephew from Perth for a back train. He's a PT in one of those large corporate buildings where if you work there you can use the gym. Otherwise no go. He has some good shape for a 22 year old.

No way I could let a young guy beat me and luckily I got there. But no training tomorrow. Wednesday's shoulder session and tonights back has cleaned me out for a couple days. Still have a workshop full of work that will take all day tomorrow to get through. Gotta pay for this sport somehow.

I thought the forum was all about peoples different opinions but I guess I'm wrong.

I'm not sure how I could be shit stirring it was just an observation. Fact is TT, I probably know alot more about Old Fella than you, and would have advised him just to keep training hard, rather than taking the path he has.

As for only having 2 posts (3 now), so what? Its people like you, with having to use the F bomb, that put people off writing or giving their opinions. Nobodys right or wrong, just different.

I do how ever give Old Fella full credit for his dedication to achieving his goal.

You (TT) need to stop all your jibba jabba fool.

We all have the right to an oppinion, I suppose its how you present it....

:naughty:

Not feeling flash today thought I'd give chest a go anyway. No pre workout supps at all so promised to be a flat session.

Far from it as it seems.

Inc DB Press

20 x 12

28 x 12

32 x 12

36 x 9

40 x 6 (first time at 40, assisted for the 7th so didn't count it)

All bench press benches tied up, so went on to punish elsewhere.

Hammer Chest Press Machine

40 x 10

50 x 8 (switched to single arm)

70 x 3  (first time here as well)

Then a bunch of tri sets till they hurt.

All up a good session in the end.

Come to realise the mind has no idea how well the body can cope. Didn't feel up to it but as the boss may have interfered with tomorrow's training I went anyway. The body was definitely up to it even though I wasn't mentally up to it.

Time for some all revealing pics. Haven't seen my back for a while and I'm pleased with the increased width (from last year).

Coming along OF. EQ takes at least 8 weeks to show any results. It sort of sneaks up on you with a compound effect & you start looking harder, more vascular & stronger. Its also a bit dose dependant with 200 mg, 400mg & 600mg showing progressive results accordingly.

New chest and tricep routine tonight. All I got out of it was a sore back.

Struggled on bench, then found out the new bar weighs 25kgs not 20 as expected. Shoulders still sore from Friday which didn't help.

Think it might be all catching up on me and my age. Few stomach pains and my umbilical hernia is making itself known. Will take the belt for legs tomorrow to hold it all in.

May not be such a productive week.
