Changed cycle today.

50mg EQ ED

50mg Prop ED

2 dbol ED

0.25ml Nolva (twice a day)

Weight still hovering round 84. Looks like a bit of BF has come off so pretty much on target.

Had a workout with a friend over at Takapuna last week when I was in Auck. Not a bad gym. Paint job on the walls almost put me off though. Always good to check out what other gyms do, and what gear they have.

Noticed the light over the sink last night highlighted a bit of muscle in the splashback. It's not the best pick but shows some progress.

Nice clean simple stack. Like the use of dbol pre comp for keeping in size & strength & the head in a good space. RU going to add in any Proviron Or Masteron in there? That would assist with muscle retention, act as a hardening agent & provide additional estrogen control.

Yep, plan to chuck some Masteron in later. What you're saying here is pretty close to the mark. This comp season is going to be alot different to what I've done in the past.

This weeks update.

Supplements remain the same.

Bought myself a tin of Jack3d. Been taking a scoop of that with a tin of Sugar Free V for a preworkout boost. Def get a head rush.

Weight vest up to 15kgs for morning walks.

Diet is going to be tweaked as from tomorrow.

Weight dropped 2kgs but then got a 1kg back last night. We took a BF reading today which will be checked weekly now.

Had a bloody good back session this morning.

NG Chins BW - 10, 10, 6

Assisted NG Chins - 10,10,10,10

T Bar - 20x10, 40x10, 60x10, 80x10, (mate turns up), 60x10, 80x10

WG Pulldowns - 10, 10, 10

Stand Straight Arm Pushdown - 10, 10, 10

NG Pulldowns - 10, 10, 10, 10, 10

Rack Pulls - 100x10, 140x10, 180x10 PB, 200x2 PB

hows the everyday shots going ? and how long to your comp?

Shots are better now that I have a weaker strength prop. No site soreness now. Still not a big fan of ED but you do what you gotta do.

First comp is 7 weeks off.

Sounds like good day oldfella!

What is the body fat actually sitting at? Is the combined effect of the Jack3d+V useful for increasing training intensity? What is the bodyfat at for seven weeks out? have been any changes to the 'other' supplements this week?

Im hoping for a miracle transformation when you get on stage because all the photos so far have been average for somebody not on gear so for some one on gear I would say they are below average. Are you sure the oil you are injecting isnt just olive??

Just saying, unlike others on here I wont blow smoke up your arse and tell you how wonderful you are. Ill probably get banned. Oh well.

Not sure what the BF is at the moment. The preworkout mix isn't startling, may have to chuck in an extra 1/2 scoop. No supplement change of any kind.

Things such as night sweats, oily forehead, increased libido, increased weights kinda tell me it's the right kind of olive oil.

I don't have the genetics to be a serious physique competitor plus I also started serious bbing late in life. So no-one should expect miracles especially me.

If I can go from 10% BF at 66kgs to 7% BF at 74kgs 18 months later then I'm happy.

I'm going to make average look bloody good. Going to take "underwhelming" to a whole new (low) level. Just looking for that "participation" prize.

Just do what most people do and put more effort into your dance routine than the weight lifting at least it will be entertaining. Ill be yelling for more dancing from the back row so you had better bring your best game.....

A gain of 8kg lean mass at over 50 years of age...would be impossible to achieve without some extensive chemical enhancement. The average testosterone level for a very active 50 year old male does not fall withing the range that supports any lean mass gain.

I am no spring chicken and my average gains are around 2kg per year with no enhancement. So to achieve a gain of over 8kg at over 50 years old is truly remarkable. It will be good to see how you come in this coming competition :-)

2kg per year is pretty outstanding. My average is only 1 kg of actual muscle per year - and I did a better portion in my 7th - 9th year of training (late 20s).

I'm only just sarting to see the nice rope'y looking mature thickness. I think I'll be at mybest ever in 7 years time (45) - IMO this is the peak. Muscle has all the best characteristics.

Even I'd be hard pushed to imagine it's 8kg's of lean muscle. People tell me I'm still full of shit (even though it doesn't wiegh much :pfft: )

I'll have a better indication of how I've done once the bf has been stripped off. Heck I might even wind up at 70kg's at 8%, and to me that's ok as I'll have improved from my last time on stage.

Personally I give myself another couple of years as a fair indication of where I'll ever get in size - this late.

Plan on doing some Powerbuilding after the mid year comps and see where that takes me.

I would agree with that level of natural growth. 1kg of pure mass added per year is a solid realistic achievement for any serious natural bodybuilder.

The only way I was able to achieve 2kg and slightly more was with the use of some questionable supplements. Non steroidal but some of these compounds are banned in sport. But then again, A LOT of seemingly mild over the counter compounds are banned in sport!

Believe some weight change due to be "cleaned out". Fruit platter late on Saturday nights has done this. Added to that a tin of fruit for morning smoko.

Going to cut back on the coffee as Jack3d + V or 2 x turbos are having no effect pre workout. Been suggested my beta 2 receptors have been hammered with too much coffee. Work might be a little different now.

Still lifting as much as I can. Hard and heavy. Wound up with 2 shoulder workouts this week, Thursday and Friday. Didn't do any harm at all, no ill effects except sleeping one particular side a bit uncomfortable.
