i see you had first test injection 5 months ago,sounds like you know what your doing,and know the people in the know,im just curious on what have you got planned for pct?

Have nothing planned for PCT. Slow tapering off should have things to come back to normal on their own. Have had no sides to speak of so nothing to take care of there either. Perhaps the Prov did it's job during cycle.

Will take a few weeks off cycle then look for a short 4 weeker pre xmas. Then a couple months off before I look at it again.

Well f*ck me, about a month since my last check and disastrous results.

Shoulder, chest, waist all shrunk. Quads up, arms the same.

Bloody BF up from 11.9% to 12.5%.

Only real changes are off cycle 2 weeks, 1/2 cup carbs being missed during the day (sometimes) and about an extra 2 hours cardio a week.

What the f*ck is going on. Pretty pissed right now but I'll get some TU pills and get over it. Not sure what to do right now - get pissed and eat some pies.

Well, a decent weights session and all is right with the world. Talked to a couple good guys and they can't understand the differences either. Something to work through.

Gave some GVT a go this morning to shake things up a bit.

Side Lat Raise 10 x 10

DB Press 10 x 10

Machine Reverse Fly 10 x 10

Cable Lean Raise 10 x 10

Tricep Pushdown S/S Cable Curls 5 x 10

OH Rope Ext S/S Face Pulls 3 x 10 (all I could manage)

Totally shagged and feeling a lot better for it.

Cheating over the last month would only be a fraction more than over the last 4 months.

If I eat or drink something I always make sure extra effort goes into training or I work harder on cardio. Will always make sure I burn more cals than take in.

Have no reason to doubt the gear. Being a late starter and at my age things may need to be done differently. No way I'd get the same gains a twenty something would get. They start with a shitload of testosterone then add to it, where I have to raise the level just be on equal terms.

May need to get to their level then add in a bit more. Will take this into discussion on rectifying the situation. Reflection in the mirror is still ok, just hanging onto the last bits that sit on your hips. Reason why I reckoned I was on target.

Bodyweight was stable, leanness was appearing, and weights were about the same (no noticeable drop off)

yeah well that is a little confusing man :roll:

maybe its just that when you are getting closer to your number you are going for you need to reduce the cheating slightly rather than increasing it slightly?

Chest tonight. Place full of muppets and all the benches taken up. Reckon I'll go somewhere else with more gear (equipment :pfft: ) when my contracts up. So just grabbed what was available and did something.

A good leg workout for me where there was no back niggles. Front squats are in for me as I can go deep with good form and have no back issue. Will focus on these from now on and flag back squats for a while.

Here's an update. First photo May 9th, 2nd photo 31st Oct. Legs need some work. They don't photograph well.

Feedback from the guy I'm working with.

Since 11 June you have lost 3.91 kg fat as represented by upper body Skinfold.

For every kg of fat mass lost off your lower body and around your internal organs (as represented by waist going from 94cm to 89.5cm) you have replaced that with lean muscle mass! For net change of just 0.19kg. That is excellent.

So things aren't as bad as I thought. Just replacing fat with muscle but not actually growing in overall size. Guess it's definitely an improvement on 9.9% BF at 66kgs Sept last year.

Hi oldfella. I enjoy reading your log and have seen the strength increases you enjoyed over the cycle :clap:

But I am somewhat underwhelmed by the body change in the pics. Some people just don't respond as well as others to gear and I guess your age plays a part in it too.

Keep up the hard work though, you obviously love your training and that is the most important part of it.

Might wanna look at extending your stack a bit next cycle \:D/

Have a "blast" cycle planned pre-xmas. Something a bit different. Missus aint too happy about it though. :naughty: Some groveling will have to take place.

Pretty sure age has quite a bit to do with it. Using the same gear a few decades younger and there would be quite a bit of difference.

Goal is still to try and hit single BF figures before xmas. Diet has been really cleaned up and more effort in training to bring in the "cardio" aspect by shorter rest periods.

Will try and keep the same reps but increase the weight as well.

excellent stuff right there, i am sure you will reach that goal with some more of the same hard work your are already putting in.

Won't divulge right now what's in it, Xmas surprise. One of the components can be tricky.

Doing 50 minutes every morning (weekdays) on the spin bike and an extra 60 odd on Wednesday nights, so plenty of cardio.
