is it just the lighting and lack of tan ?,but whats happened to your feathering on your outer quads that i remember seeing at the aucklands a few years back?was the highlight of your legs at the time

feathering is there its just the lighting, if your pale and have hair its alot harder to see the cuts as you know, ill put some more up in a day or two where you will see more cuts

Well mate, for 5 years of no legs you've come a long way... (well no squats should I say)

hopefully in 7 years i'll have that sort of conditioning ... Did you learn through trial and error? Or did you have a mentor?

Sorry to hijack the thread with questions lol

I think Wheels has just proved to you Loochi that even the smaller (lighter) guys needs to squat. I am looking forward to seeing you in the squat rack every week bro :smackbottom:

Absolutely fantastic looking legs bro!

Wheels as far as Im concerned you have put the to squat or not to squat debate to bed. If squats built those quads then why the hell would you not include them in your leg training.

Good to hear youv made your way into the squat rack loochi!

Ah, but the real question is: what kind of squats do you do, Wheels? Parallel? Arse to grass?

Good question, yes it is ass to the grass although i used to go very heavy partial squats 260kg+ that made them grow like crazy

now im working on seperation and upper quad development so deep suits me
