back home with the baby now

we missed out on going up to Warkwarth Birthing Clinic because they were full so it was a case of home or hospital. I can assure you that home is a far better place to be.

Food is shit, too many carbs and not enough protein. LOL. and no good fats. Then through in the odd grumpy mid wife (if you hate your job that much then quit i say), the drugged up anesthetis (this dude was crack up).

so I took tania all of her food while she was in there. kept her feed up on crumbed chicken breast shallow fried in soya oil & mixed vege with Mashed spuds..

And brown bread sandwichs pumped full of shit loads of ceres organic peanut butter

I have stuck to my Diet 100% right through out this whole thing which has completly blown me away. Just the only thing is it has been tinned chicken in spring water & tinned tuna in spring water instead of cooked hoki since my cook has been off duty for a few days.

Tomorrow will be the first day that i can actually eat cooked fresh fish again instead of stinky tuna because i don't have to worry about carting it around on the car and getting back to the hospital.

Congrats to you and T bro  \:D/

Glad everything went ok and your now the proud dad of a bute wee lad

3.7kgs...did you sneak a few curls in when the midwife wasnt looking

Cheers man just took him up to Coast Bar Bell tonight for his first work out with Tania also but all he did was sleep the whole time through Snoop Dogg Cranked hard. Lazy bastard, thought i could get him doing some free squats for starters & maybe some farmers crawls.

Awesome buddy well done....you must be so proud....

yeah hard out coming to terms with it all. Just gotta keep eating & training to stay strong for him ay

congratulations.

cheers man

Congratulations man, it's a hell of a thing huh? As life-altering experiences go, it's right up there

Oh yeah, and, kiss goodbye to those full nights of recuperative sleep :pfft: :pfft: :pfft:

Thanks dude & as for the full nights recuperative sleep, not a problem as the missus has said she is happy to let me go and sleep up stairs in the spare room if i need my sleep for training / work (got 2 weeks solid off work now though). No good both of us being fucked. Obviously i am there for her 100% if she can't cope with it all though.

Congratulations mate!

Cheers man, i will be coming to see you to get my Body Fat % re measured about the 13th of next month so i will bring Tania over as well so you can meet the little dude and maybe give him a quick caliper test while he is their just so we can work out whether he needs to do a Cut intitally or whether he should just get straight into bulking

congrats bob!

another member for the coast crew!!

Cheers man.

hard out.. wonder what age we can get him started. LOL.

Well doen bro - congrats. believe me when i say the real challenge starts when they get to 3 - enjoy them while they are small :o

:)

Thanks Opti, I love a challenge.

Congratulations to you and the missus bob. Best wishes all round.

You'll both enjoy the time with him as he grows - but gotta tell ya, it's great when they all leave home too.

Cheers Oldfella, i am looking into the future as well as the present and can see exactly what you mean there.

congrats man :)

Cheers Bud.

I had GPP today at the gym and i am doing a bit of a de load at the moment which fits in perfect with what is going on.. so less sets and slightly less reps still using a reasonably heavy weight with everything...

Last sunday with the tyre i went up hill 72 times total which was 8 sets of 9 flips...

Today was 5 sets of 10 Flips. so 50 flips total heading up hill..

Just stoked to still be at the gym and doing it amongst everything else that is going on. & with me taking up this new role at home that i never had before. The cooking & dishes???? WTF..

might need to get a second missus.... so that this one can concentrate on the boy. the new missus can do the cooking and cleaning and i can get back to concentrating on eating & training & play time with My new boy.. LOL..

:naughty:

Ah well i better go and eat some casein protein and try and go to sleep.. still buzzing i think.

diet still going well(fish, fish, fish, fish & more fish) friggin hard to keep it up when i am busy making the missus pan fried chicken breast (in a lil vege oil), then smoothered with almond butter on top of a nice salt & peppered potatoe mash & a couple of green beans (just for good measure).

training friggin awesome.

just started hitting abs hard yesterday (don't usually train them as such). got 15 days left on gaspari mitotropin / cytolean, hard to say whether they are any good at the moment or not. Definatly feel pretty good considering there is bugger all calories going in

going to do abs every second day for the next 15 days of my cutting diet and then i am going to get into bulking.

& here is another picture of new born and myself..... geez all this boy does is eat & sleep (he is definatly mine) lol. I told him last night just to keep it up as he needs plenty of R E S T to grow \:D/

post-7025-14166821479624_thumb.jpg

I did manage to eat a size 14 chicken (skin pulled off of course), large coleslaw(supermarker styles), & a handful or two of Beer Battered Wedges for dinner last night over about a 40minute period. :pfft:

So basically for the last month i have had a 5.24kg drop in bodyweight.

Total Lean Body Mass Lost Last Month 2.13kg.

Total FAT Loss Last Month 3.11kg.

Pretty good ratio i feel considering i started dieting in april this year.

Total length of cut ended up being 6 months. This was about 3 months longer than what i anticipated intially but i am glad that i have taken the extra time to learn more about diet and my training to take things further now.

Total Body Weight Lost during cut 24.04kg

Total Lean Body Mass Lost during cut 5.36kg

Total FAT Lost during cut 18.68kg 8)

A MASSIVE THANKS TO STEAK (AKA STEAK :pfft: )@ COAST BAR BELL FOR HIS UNIQUE CARDIO METHODS & A NEW GYM  (MORE ROOM TO GROW, LOL) 8)

A MASSIVE THANKS TO HUMAN PERFORMANCE (ALYMER PORTER) FOR GREAT TRAINING / DIET ADVICE.

Anyway i have decided that i have taken this cut far enough and need to turn things around and make my goals to build some muscle mass for a few months before getting into another Cut where i will try and pull myself back to about 5%.

Amazing transformation bro..

Shows what you can achieve if you put your mind to it. Just work hard and eat clean.

Again congratulations on your cut and congratulations on the little bob as well :)
