My diet

I'm not saying high protein diets do it, that increasing from low to high overnight is stressful on the kidneys. Just going by what Kath Fouhy (leading NZ nutritionist told me). She works with general public and top sports teams, not bodybuilders so gave me that bodybuilders consume too much protein, guessing powerlifters would be in the same boat? It makes sense to me that it stress the renal system but it'd eventually adapt to it.

Like I said, just what I was told

I have found (not by personal experience :pfft: ) that drugs and or alcohol are far more likely to cause damage to the renal system than a high protein diet.

Body weight still sitting on Bang on 81kg.

202.5kg today for 1 rep dead lift.

New PB

Then followed by 40 Wide Grip Pull Ups.

10 sets of 4 with a 1 minute break in between sets.

Also a New PB so celebrated tonight with a dinner out

200g aged rump for entree.

300g aged rump for main.

Plain Salad, 2L of water.

BEAUTIFUL.

Thinking that i might skip my Protein shake before bed tonight because that will probably take some time to digest.

Going to get Body Fat % check on Thursday 16/09/2010 this week and will post it up on here with another progress pic  . Hope all that Steak i demolished tonight ends up on my arms rather than the hips. LOL. If only it was that easy. AY.

Regardless of where it ends up it should give me some decent fuel for the tank which is usually sitting on E for enough to Flip the 220kg Tyre Uphill 64 Times tomorrow \:D/

So basically for the last month i have had a 3.6kg drop in bodyweight. But i have put .03kg LBM on & Lost 3.63kg of BF.

Or another way of looking at it would be that i lost 3.6kg of bodyweight & it was all FAT 8)

I am going to just keep trucking along with the same diet basically for the next 30 days but i am going to through some Gaspari Cytolean & Gaspari Mitotropin in to the program to hopefully keep the pace of my progress at full throttle.

Apart from that I am just sitting around waiting for the missus to have a baby. She was due on the 12th (last sunday) but still hasn't spat him out.

I keep trying to give her one of my TURBOS to try and scare him out. But she won't take one. Might have to slip it in her coffee without her knowing whats going on :pfft: :pfft:

we post up progress pics bout the same time next month & probably a couple of pics of the new born some time soon. LOL.

Looking remarkably better Bob, great work! Shows what consistent hard work can achieve. I have heard of other, more enjoyable methods of inducing labour...

yeah i keep trying that one over and over again, just doesn't seem to work.

just took her for a walk to the beach tonight with the dog to see if that can't get things started.

:notworthy: Well Done!!!!

thanks m8

bob...mate great stuff there 1st time iv seen ya stats in pics, bloody epic stuff there and all in good time!!! well done!!!

yeah man 5 months to get rid of 14% approx so pretty rapped. Think it has something to do with the training enviroment. 8) everyone gets in and gets the work done, not to much excercising of the jaw :pfft:

good work, ur on the right track mate

cheers bud

Can't wait to have the Mitotropin before breakfast tomorrow. That means i am only 30 days away from the beginning of CALORIC SURPLUS. :rockout:

Wow Bob that is awesome :salute: though I'm not surprised you are totally focused and work so hard in the gym....you own that tyre mate

Yeah do you think if tania has the baby this weekend you could bring the tyre up to the wark worth birthing clinic? LOL. :pfft: :pfft:

Its the hard work eating that is doing the business. Hard work in the gym is just the icing on the cake IMO. speeds the process up. Significantly.

Contractions are 4 minutes a part & lasting for approx 1 minute

taking time but heading in the right direction. :pfft:

and her face is starting to look like this when they happen :madman:

I just made her have a feed to help get her through later on today.

3 egg whites, 1 whole egg.

40g oats, 200ml milk, 1 sliced apple

1 tsp coffee with a little milk (we won't worry about the sugar content of milk today)

I am trying to encourge her to set SMART goals

Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Time Based.

ie.

I am going to be having contractions that are 3.5 Minutes apart by 10:00am this morning \:D/

Works for training, can't see why it won't work for labour :-s

Ouch, she having another one. Better Sign off for now

woop woop. being a dad is really starting to set in :pfft:

we ended up having him at 1:45am this morning via a C section in the end.

I used to think condoms and what not were over rated but i think i might stock up on those bastards now. Till i forget how traumatic that whole thing was :pfft:

Its all about the end result though i guess, and we have a beatiful young boy to Turn into Mr NZ one day. LOL. with a good solid diet & training program of course.

I have just been kicked out of the hospital again tonight, which sucks in a way but is really good to get some rest so that when i go back in the morning i am actually of some use to her & him.

We will be going up to the Birthing clinic tomorrow to stay for a couple of nights and then back home monday or tuesday so i will post up some photos then of everything.

Untill then signing off
