Goals for 2006

1) To be bigger... hard to get over the female mentality that bigger numbers on the scales = fat. Go by the mirror for improvement.

2) Stop getting carried away with my eating (ie. BINGING) post competition (this usually lasts until I have to start dieting for the next comp... endless hours of cardio)

3) Record all my workouts and diet... I get lazy with these

Basically just gain muscle mass and keep progressing with my training. Get back into netball & other sports I used to play before I started bodybuilding.

Oh, and to be nicer to my friends & family pre comp :pfft:

My goal for 06 is...

Get back on track with the gymming... i've taken a month off due to my laziness, switching to holiday mode and taking the festive spirits....

Hit 80~85kg bodyweight, bench around 90kg (current "max" 70), squat over 100kg, deeper than 90degrees, bulk up and bring up my size (like jono... except that dude is huge....)

oh and pass my restricted driving test... lol im sitting it on the 12th. WISH ME LUCK!!! or else... :grin:

1.Eat clean food no fast food

2. gain weight up to 80kgs

3. Do well in studying no more pissing around like last year

4. live a basic life, no spending money on unwanting things.

5. improve my bench press , sqauts and keep on working on my back and legs not just concentrate on arms.

So, anyone would like to share if they've accomplished what they've set out to do in the beginning of the year?

Someone should probably make another one of these threads for the upcoming 2007.
