Yes you should.

Gosh youre an idiot.

They taught you how to diet down for a comp at your little PT skool Mr Qualified PT??

Dieting in general for your average Joe and dieting down for a bbing comp are two different things. Come back and talk to me when youve put on some decent muscle mass and lost some BF.

Dont let your little PT qualification blow up your head any bigger than it already is.

hahaha wow i never knew that they were different thankyou so much for helping me now i can be as successful as you

better not listen to my tutor anymore all he did was train a few Mr universe winners and a couple olympic gold medalists but what would he know

Yes dieting and dieting for a show are very different. Its one thing to diet to lose weight buts its another to lose fat, preseve mass and get on stage ripped full and dry.

Mate one of my tutors was an olympic rowing coach.. doesnt mean I know how to get rowers ready for their olympic events.

Champ I was being sarcastic ofcourse I know dieting for a bbing show is different and everyone has to do it different depending if they are carb sensitive or hold water easy weather they need to carb deplete then carb load do high fat high protein i could go on but theres no need to. But I do know how to train athletes I train Andrei paulet who just returned from samoa for the oceania olympic lifting comp wea he won a gold and silver medal and Im prepping him for the commenwealth games in october in india I also train womens oceania judo champion Helen robertson who is a nutritionist at RNC in ponsonby plus I have a few rugby players and cage fighters, Bodybuilders, Powerlifters, Outrigger paddlers so I think I must have learnt something at my little P.T school.

I have to say sorry to loochi for carrying on in his thread bud you look awesome diet how ever you want its your body you know it best all the best with your shows this year see if some of my guys can give ya a run for ya money hahaha :pfft:

Wow you really do hold yourself in high regard dont you?

Not surprising though - most of the chumps I've seen that have come out of Max's have the same mentality as you. You do a PT course, get all qualled up and then suddenly know everything there is to know. What happened to experience???

This is a bodybuilding site mate - I think you'd honestly be better off offering your advice on a womens fitness site. Most of us guys on here have an actual clue on how things work.

END OF RANT <<<<

Ok well instead of going backwards and fowards with petty bullshit i will interject with some actual debate regarding a longterm low carb diet. Yes you can diet long term and end up looking in great condition but it is also a well known fact that long term reduction of carbohydrate reduces the bodies ability to break down cortisol. And we all know how effective cortisol is at breaking down muscle. So this may be something to keep in mind.

Looking good loochi, if you're happy with progress and the way things are going then keep on doing what you're doing. As for the hammys, bring your front foot (facing the judges) into the arch of your back foot and get down a little lower. your hammys should pop out and at the same time just remember to to squeeze the glutes.

bro results speak for themselves you seem to be the only one on here with a problem and you know nothing about me we have never even met. No one knows everything not even you so just get over it you started this stupid rant I dont even know why I bothered replying just ended wasting my time and everyone elses who wants to see loochis progress

be my guest to show me how good you are at training clients start your own studio and have the cliental I have and think that everyone wants to train like bodybuilders or be the biggest person in the world.

I know your experienced in bodybuilding I never said you wernt but bodybuilding training aint guna help an olympic athlete win gold or a rugby player make it big there is a big difference between strength and conditioning and being a bodybuilder

your right alot of guys on here know what there talking about but nz still hasent produced a mr olympia or even a contender our guys cant even compete against the npc guys so just because you know everything or think you know everything isnt going to make you the best look at cutlers trainer hany rambod he looks nothing like a bber but trains mr O and quite a few other top bbers

it aint what you look like man so leave your ego at home and be opened minded you might just learn something thats what we are all on here to do is to learn and help each other out il put CASH up to prove my training works it aint for everyone but the ones that do it properly get awesome results

thats my rant done you can say what you want im over wasting my time on you il let my success speak for itself
