Um not sure what all the negativity is about :-s . You look solid bro, looks like you have put a lot of work in. If I was going to be super picky I would say you could bring your upperbody up a bit in proportion to your legs but thats about it :)

Thanks for the replies you guys!

Haakuturi: Trust me, it gets smaller lol! Now to try as best as possible to hold size would be epic with a smaller waist

Luigi: Haha I will have a shave soon bro! Gotta save up, need tonnes of shavers to shave legs and chest lol jk. But I will in the next month or 2 pics!

BecBec: I'm sad as because of my hair style.. Nah jk!

Jigga: Thanks Jigga, I will try my best to get a tad better in the upper body, though not sure if I can make so much improvements with a calorie defciet!!

Weener Lad: Thanks mate!! And I will smile for my next pics... That would be progress ;)

Hay bro looking solid if I had any feedback be careful you dont diet to long you dont have that much fat to lose and nearly 6months of dieting is a long time and you will want to keep all that muscle if you want ot be heavier than last year

Just keep that in mind

Looking good bro, nice to see someone with wheels that outmatch their upper body. My 2 cents.. your probably too lean for 5.5months out, your already quite lean so your not short on time, get a bit more size on then start dieting. If your calorie deficient too long your burn up more muscle than youl be willing to give up.

Mr Big and Yeah Buddy - Thanks for posting!!!

Thanks for your concern and honest opinions you guys, that's what I am after eh so I can TRY to improve by the next set of fotos in a month or 2.

Haha, I don't see my legs being over powering but now that you say it, maybe they are!! I do train them hard (not heavy like some lol) because I'm afraid of being called out "Big upper but small lower" - worst night mare comment in my opinion lol.

I am dieting down really slowly, no cardio incorporated (As of yet atleast) so losing slowly, I do agree with both of you this dieting is way too long but I want to atleast get to the level of bodyfat I had at last years comps and maybe do a competition in the open catagory to see how well I stand.. Prob get pwned lol, lots of tough bros out there.

One thing for sure guys, after I finish this cut, I am not gong to bulk... just going to add 100-200 calories over my maintenance... I think cutting and bulking is a waste of muscle when you diet... This is why I am doing it slowly and so far so good but only time will tell

Thank you Diamond lol. I will make sure to lose the hair next time guys, color wise, don't know if I can do much about that other than the dream tan lol.

Here's a side pic, my hamstring has improved so I am pleased about that, I always hated hamstrings but now getting better, seperation between the hamstring and quad is happening, it actually looks better but bad lighting (No excuse lol)

Hopefully with less body fat and no hair in the next set of pics it will look awesome.

Nice shape Loochi. How's those deads and squats going? Hawks says hi - and said to say - train hard!! By the way - nice back too (from pic that you sent)

Oh yes, shave and a tan would be nice next time around

PS: There is nothing nicer than seeing a nice side shot of hanging hamstrings mate - learn to love them - remember, judges want to see you from the side, not just front and rear - oh and your legs don't overpower your upper body - I think someone may need glasses :pfft:

JimJim83 - Lol thanks bro, guess I will take this as a compliment.. Posing really helps with the illusion of being big so I practise posing in my spare time (no homo) - I don't really care about weight my bro, it is just a number to me.. As long as I am under 70 and shredded, last year I was 63.2kg on the stage - Got the exact same pose as the side tricep on my FB at that body weight and man.. Looks so much bigger and better.. damn illusion, I didn't bulk too long after... Like 3-4 months? I doubt I gained much lol! But who knows eh??

Ann - Haha mate I have to start squatting and deadlifting now... I have a mentor now and he suggests I do them... Starting next month  *gulp*

Say hi back to hawks and I will train hard mate! And ty for the back comment!

Haha I can shave but... Tan will come later!!

I totally agree about the side shot... I don't see people having hanging hamstrings or cut up ones so I want SOMETHINg that my competitors don't have to get an edge on them..! That's why Hamstrings are my favourite muscle group to work on.. And I work on it tomorrow :D \:D/

I agree mate. Grow them big - IMO its rare to find guys that are heavier in the legs proportionally - thats a good thing. I think you'll find as your waist comes in they will balance fine ... may need to call you quadzilla in a feww more years :)

Crazybaby80 - Lol, that's mad asthetics mate!!! Brb trying to look like that.

Andrew - Thank you mate!! I feel like a twig and I hate wearing clothes (no homo) makes me look puny. I am weighing just under 75, in the high 74's lol 74.8 or something lol!

Nothing wrong with a long diet bro - giving yourself alot of time to lose what fat you have rather than a mad rush in the last 6 to 8 weeks can help to preserve muscle mass by avoiding drastic dieting and excessive cardio.

Thanks SM!

I am dieting this long because of exactly what you say.. Perserve as much as possible and get lean as without sacrifiscing mass (hopefully)

Plus the natural pros all take 20-28 weeks out instead of the cliche 12 week out perfect formula lol. We will see what happens though..
