2) Drinking 180grams of creatine after a workout instead of carbs/protein after confusing two containers. I lost over 5kgs over two days.Lesson on labelling etc learnt :oops: :oops:

Haha :pfft: how did the body respond to that mate? :shock:

I got what I deserved....sitting down most of the day....and the next!!!

It was a win, maybe not as epic as you wanted but still very impressive. :clap: Your determination and "no excuses" attitude is very inspiring.

On reflection now I guess I got a lot out it; new plateau and bulked up too.

Also Its a good reminder about staying on target and not changing a workable formular which would have probably got me closer if I hadnt deviated a month out. I`m still learning at my age!

Just about to start another log which will continue with this quest and hopefully get me back on stage for my first BB comp since the 2000 Nationals (come to think of it Nate werent you on stage that day too???)

Great work on the squat GASP nothing to scoff at there :clap:

I like what you say about having a goal I havnt had such positive results and strength gains as when I focussed on the recent powerlifting day we did worked on it for ten weeks and the gains were awesome!!!!!!
