Im Danny.

Im 6 foot 4, around 106kg atm and was around 13% BF approx 3 months ago.

Ive been reading the forums helping me in certain areas for quite afew months nw but thought I might as well join.

My 1st post is here on my nutrition and if you could give me any advice that would be really appreciated...

You give your stats for 3 months ago - how have they changed now? Are you making progress in the direction you want?
