Couple more pics, am currently at about 78kgs, my bodyfat seems to have gone up a bit as well, would guess about 14 - 16%.

I have made some small improvements, thats what its all about right. :)

p.s I know I don't have any lower body pics there, I'm a still working hard to bring them up to size.

definately need some work on the back. suggest adding dead lifts and wide grip chins to the workout. keep them nice and concentrated, high weights aim for 6-8 reps. all in all at the moment i think that is all that is lagging. once they come up you need to work on the legs a lot more, get them nice and chunky :) what are your aims goals??

yo boostin. i was just lookin at ur pics and u've made good progress man. gettin prety big on the arms which is always good. im with all the others ay, need to work on the back. i made the same mistake by focusing much more on the arms when i started and being a fool to not realise the importance of a strong, wide back.

one more thing, i'd say bring your chest up to size as well. you would look much bigger with large pecs. (its my undergoing project atm. to try and blow up my chest)

good work man and no matter what crap ppl throw at ya, just ignore and train even harder. prove to them that you are the best.
