Good stuff. As Jono said, biceps look good, as do your traps and forearms. Perhaps concentrate a bit more on chest and triceps as they seem just a wee bit overwhelmed by your stronger body parts.

When you do the front and rear double, try to bring the peak of your bicep just slightly higher than your delts.

Look forward to seeing those legs. :)

A couple recent pics, im starting a new routine at the end of next week, so these will be used to help me gauge results.

hey boostin, looking lean - your arms in that back double bi look gud. Nice bi's :D

Perhaps more shoulder n back work... for more of a v taper? Can see the beginnings of your quads... nice work.

Have you thought about starting a journal with your new program?

The main problem with your look is that you have no lats to speak of. With lats you would look very good. Other than that you could do with a bit more mass on a few other body parts such as the legs. Plenty of squats, deadlifts and chin-ups should do the trick.

u have good biceps bro.

im not sure if u were but when doing yr dble bicep pose try bringing yr shouldrs forward abit which will push yr lats out, but this is all practise.

good on ya for having the balls to post up some pics, sure u have some work to do on certain areas depending on what u wanna look like.

but thers room for improvment with every physique.

and as for comments like jono haetas, guys like tht only belittle others to make up for ther own mediocrity,

he will most likely never post up pictures of himself.

so go hard in the gym bro and eat abit more

Jono Haeta - the tone of your post is distinctly derogatory. The forum rules you agreed to when you registered say quite clearly that "we will not allow members to abuse each other." This will be enforced, especially in the Pics forum where even a small insult can cause a lot of hurt. There is a place for constructive criticism, but comments like yours are inexcusable. You've been warned.

Boostin - it's good to see you back. There's definite progress from your December pics to now. I think your chest has come up, and you're getting a good sweep under your arms in the FDB pose, so it's obvious you've been hitting those triceps.

Your legs need a bit of work, as do your lats, but neither are lagging too severely. Like 2guns, I suspect your lack of lats has a lot to do with your posing. Practise, practise, practise!

Overall though, your appearance is certainly thicker, and biceps still looking very strong. Well done, and I look forward to seeing the next set of progress pics. :)

True? Awesome stuff. What class you competing in? Yeah, a bunch of us are coming up to watch it. Should be a good show. At the gym today there were about 3-4 guys walking the treadmill wearing a full tracksuit complete with beanies, scarfs, gloves.... lol ahhh, water depletion is a beautiful thing.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. I know I have made some gains from the last pics, even though it is minimal.

I will be keeping a diary for the next 12 weeks so please keep an eye on that and point out anything that needs help.
