Good delt session after 8 hours sitting in an airport!

Do you find those Animal wraps algood I use to have them, not think I not any support from them at all. 

8 hours in the airport sounds rough!

Smashing training atm despite the depleted state I'm in! Great training with two of my old (& best) training partners again.

Grinding through the cardio (just over 4 hours of crosstrainer a week) & getting in just under 2 hours of posing practice a week.

4 weeks to go, 4 % to lose!

Vicious leg session tonight, full cramps / soreness in all upper leg groups within minutes of leaving the gym! Some next level DOMS heading my way! Broke out the compression pants for the first time in 12 months!

For anyone who wants to try it:

4 sets of 1-legged extensions (12-15 reps)

3 working sets of lying leg curls w/ 2-3 forced reps (8-10 reos)

Dumbell lunges (3 sets to failure)

3 working sets Front squats (6-8 reps)

3 working sets 1-legged Seated leg curls (8-12 reps)

1-legged leg press (3 sets to failure)

(Finished up with calves - 2 exercises)

Get to it!!! And dust off the compression pants!

Wasn't gonna do anymore pxt til the show but what the hell....I'll be as good as I'm gonna be on the day so no reason to hide away!

Anyway these were taken last week, with me needing to drop another 4 % or so before my qualifier in 4 weeks. Reasonably happy with progress.
