Moving on, decided to push on thru to 115 mark now, weight 112.5 and rising. Remembered whining to my Coach 4 months ago about having stick arms, saying I couldn't bust past 18". He said when you're 120 they'll be 19"!! Well I taped them pumped at 19" last night, so I'm now picking 20" pumped at 120kg! Told Coach - his reply - "its pretty simple", and he's right. Eat, sleep, train in ever increasing amounts!

Hitting the volume hard e.g Biceps @ Darcys on Sun 20 working sets, 227 reps (or 400+ depending how you count DB's!), Chest on Monday 20 working sets, 225 reps. Feeling it having trained weights 12 of the last 14 days!

Harry/IDW - I tried the 57.5's for shoulder press! FAIL!! Did 5 assisted reps!!

Thats about it at this stage, Quads tonight - 20 sets of pain!

looking good nate. just wondering...how much weight are you roughly gaining each day? and has it slowed down much?

I gained around 14 kg in the first few months then maintained at 110-111 for a while. Kind of wanted a rest from force feeding and to let my body get used to it.

Now I've started consciously trying to gain again I'm probably putting on 200g some days, other days nothing on scales but constantly rising. Hoping to hit 115 in more more five weeks. Definately slowed up as I've got heavier, from 98 to 105 was a breeze!

do you have a fast metabolism? and are you going to cut once you hit 120? force feeding always sounds a lot better than it feels lol

Nah my metabolism is pretty middle of the road. Was plan to cut from 120, but just see how long it takes, may have to cut before I reach this or may be able to go heavier - just need 20 weeks pre-comp phase for dieting!

Yeah in some ways bulking well above your usual weight is as hard as dieting down, definately more expensive!!

In late May I was around 98-100kg at just under 10%.....

Early August I was up around the 110ish mark, but definately over 12%......

Yesterday (mid November) I hit 114 in similar shape.....still havent had anthro's done.

Going to cruise for a while over summer and do a little more cardio, mainly to give the joints & brain a rest from 5 1/2 months of bulking! Been a good run and very happy with my progress.

Mid Jan I'll aim to crank again and head towards that ellusive 120kg mark (120.3 for you Harry if you're converting the 265lbs! :pfft: ).

Good idea bro, maintain your strength and just sit and get harder at the same weight, can't push it up all the time.

265Ibs? lol I wasn't real healthy at that weight.

Not much other than maintaining at 112-ish and struggling thru the start of another HB Summer!

Managed a good 10x480 leg press yesterday with room to spare & fumbled my way through my first ever sets of Barbell Hacksquats! Kept hitting hammies & ass!!! :pfft:
