Log Press - 3x75, 2x90, 1x100, 1x105

Farmers walk - 20m x 110, 30m x110 - very hard with Matts 60kg & 50kg DB's, everyone struggled, either balance issues with set up or were all just too weak! :grin:

Stones - 1x114/1x126, 3x139 (three fast reps in a row easy), missed 155 about 5 times!

Good fun session for a first hit out - surprising really.

Nate I did some tricep kickbacks this morning in your honour... yep they still suck as much as they did the last time I did them... it's been quite a few years! They better work lol

They were the first ones I've done in a decade I reckon! My next set is due in 2021.... :grin:

No real cardio at the moment but training with the ex so constantly stripping weights and pushing to get out in an hour as our kids are terrorising the gym. Stevo's not much help loading plates either!

Diet is really good - not really having any junk as my partner is dieting her ass off & I wanna support her (and not look like a fat ass next to her! :grin: ).

Will be reviewing diet soon as need some more mass if I'm ever gonna get on stage (currently have the same fat free mass as when I was 105kg, so pretty good). Might shoot for a leanish 107??
