Anyway, I think your formula is all fucked. Here's mine:

1/uf = hgf

I think perceived "ugly factor" is highly dependent upon weight/bf% anyway, plus everything else. Unless you can list every variable that contributes to uf (measurement ratios and all that jazz) and then exclude uf then your formula is pretty useless and highly subjective. Right now you're just plucking a number out of thin air (co-incidence that you and that other guy both chose a nice round 0.75? I think not ;) ). There may be a really pretty girl under 50kg of fat, yet her score will take two knocks from bf% and perceived uf as you see a girl with 50% bf as pretty disgusting.

Anyway, you going up to Nelson at all for the hols?

Yeah you're right the formula doesn't work that well at all. I didn't put enough thought in to it.

Yeah cob I'm in Nelson at the moment actually, I'm heading down to dunners this weekend for a mates bday and then driving back up again on Sun. A training sesh at Mot Rec Centre could be on the cards?

That's unfortunate lol. I'm heading up Friday and coming back to Chch on Sunday. I would have maybe been keen to go to Beau's thing on Saturday if you were but not if it's just all those nerds who I wasn't friends with at school & then only me. An arms sesh at the Mot Rec Centre was definitely on the cards.

WOW. Forgot what I was missing out on. First sesh in a fair wee while. Not sure if it's gonna be a regular thing yet but I'll have a good go at it. For all you silent readers the reason I'm just training legs is because my shoulder has been destroyed so I can't do any pushing or pulling movements. I may chuck a few DB Curls, Cable Pushdowns and maybe some light DB Flys in to the program but right now I'm just enjoying squating. I'm throwing up some pretty big numbers at the moment but don't be intimidated. Once I beat anorexia I'll start lifting even more.

In all fairness, if my ass was as hairless as his I would take photos of it too

It's hairy now, I'm a man these days. I really should release some progress pics as in those ones circulating I look like a stick. Maybe in a few weeks when my glutes are striated :pfft:
