Thanks Luigi! I will post more pics, give me 2 months and I will deliver bro. I'm trying to look a bit more in shape and alot better.

For my hammies I have been doing alot of stiff legged deads and hamstring curls / dumbbell curls etc etc, it's going ok but now I'm trying to do less volume because I thin I over trained. And also less reps, doing heavier weight now and low reps, seems to respond better for me. Will definitly expect an improvement off them when I post some pics!! :nod:

october 08. was a piss head/smoker too@ 57kg, not a good lifestyle I much rather the 1 I have now 4sure.
